GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. If you'd like your order delivery expedited please email us at care@soovos.com or call us at our given contact numbers and we'll try to accommodate your request.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

We will send an email confirming your order and we contact you to confirm this before shipping the products.  We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.

TAXES

For Indian Customers Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. 

For International Customers Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

DELIVERY TIME

We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 7 to 9 working days. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

No cancellation or exchange will be applicable on discounted products or products under any special promotion/ sale on Domestic or International orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING -

1. Shipping charges anywhere within India is flat INR 150 irrespective of the number of items bought. 
2. For cancellation or return of domestic order, the customer has to bear both the forward and return shipping charges, we will only refund the product charges to the customer.
3. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
4. Our prices are all inclusive. GST is included with the listed prices except Octroi/customs, if applicable in your region.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. We use DHL/ INDIA POST for our international orders and we charge as per the final weight of your order + taxes as applicable. 

2. The minimum international shipping charge on our website is ₹3,500. However, shipping costs are ultimately determined by the actual weight, destination, and courier service selected by the customer (such as Speed Post or DHL).

   To ensure fairness and transparency, we charge customers exactly what is charged to us by the courier company—nothing more. If the parcel weight or dimensions result in shipping charges higher than the standard ₹3,500 collected at checkout, we will obtain the final quote from the selected courier service and share it with you. Any additional amount must be paid before dispatch.

   Our aim is to keep international shipping as transparent as possible and charge only the actual courier cost. 🌍✨

3. Any duty charges / custom taxes/ or any other local charges has to be borne by the customer. We will not be liable for such charges.
4. The amount of duties depends on the policies of your destination country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
5. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 24 hours.

7. If for any reason customer doesn't accept/claim the delivery, we will not be liable for any refund.
