Viraasat - Bhujodi handwoven organic kala cotton stole

Made with indigenous Kala cotton — pure, raw, and breathable.
Where Bandhani artistry meets Bhujodi weaving — vibrant hand-tied patterns come together with earthy handloom textures, creating a stole that beautifully blends color, craft, and heritage.
The story behind these kala cotton stoles -
The making of Bhujodi Kala Cotton stoles begins in the quiet villages of Kutch, where generations of skilled artisans bring threads to life on traditional looms. Kala cotton, a purely rain-fed and indigenous fiber, is first hand-spun and prepared, retaining its natural, earthy texture.
Each stole is then carefully handwoven in Bhujodi by Vankar Community, artisans patiently working on pit looms, interlacing every thread with precision and rhythm. The subtle patterns and textures emerge slowly, reflecting the weaver’s skill and years of inherited craftsmanship.
What makes these stoles truly special is not just the fabric, but the story they carry — of heritage, sustainability, and mindful making. Every piece is created in small batches, making it as unique and soulful as the hands that crafted it.
